Aliaksandr Zhykharevich was twice convicted under Art. 369 of the Criminal Code for insulting police officers and sentenced to two years and eight months of restricted freedom in an open penitentiary.

Aliaksandr served out his sentence and was released from prison on December 21, 2023.
