Aliaksandr Tysevich was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.
On May 20, 2024, the Maskoŭski District Court of Brest handed down sentences to eight local residents for their participation in the August protest action under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order). Mikita Vaitsiuk, Vasil Aleksiayuk, Hleb Klimovich, Vital Varfalameyeu, Aliaksandr Tysevich, Yuliya Sharonava, Mikalai Nikitsiuk and Maksim Sobaleu were sentenced to imprisonment. The decision was made by Judge Yauhen Brehan.
