He was convicted by the Court of Frunzenski District of Minsk under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code. On January 18, 2024, Judge Yuliya Krepskaya presided over the case and sentenced him to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement (domashnyaya khimiya).
