Alena Patapovich and her husband were arrested on December 5, 2023.
The couple had been previously detained in 2020 during the March against Terror. They were fined for disobedience to a lawful requirement of an official (Article 23.4 of the CAO) and participation in an unauthorized mass event (Article 23.34 of the CAO).
Alena is currently detained on a criminal case under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them).
