Dzmitry Skretutski is an entrepreneur and former police officer based in Maladziečna.

He was arrested on July 23, 2021 for "calls to join protests" and "leaking personal data of security officers." Skretutski was sentenced to 12 days of administrative imprisonment, but was never released and transferred to a pre-trial detention center as part of a criminal case.

On November 16, 2021, the Maladziečna District and City Court sentenced Skretutski to 18 months' imprisonment in a general-security penal colony. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code. 

Dzmitry Skretutski served his sentence in full and was released on October 27, 2022.
