Dziyana Kazak is a resident of Minsk convicted on "hooliganism" charges.
On May 14, 2021, the Partyzanski District Court of Minsk sentenced Kazak to 18 months of home confinement.
According to the case file, in early February 2021, Kazak, together with her friend Dzmitry Taratun, painted a "picture of socio-political content" on a transformer substation in Minsk, which caused property damage of 32 rubles 90 cents to the city power grid operator, Minskenergo.
During the investigation, both detainees were fired from their jobs.
