Andrei Stsepanenka was detained on February 2, 2022, for a Pahonia pin on his backpack. After he served administrative arrest, he was redetained in a criminal case. Andrey was taken into custody and placed in pre-trial detention center on February 17. Then, on April 7, his preventive measure was changed and he was released with an obligation not to leave the country. However, on April 12, the man was retaken into custody.
Andrey was sentenced to 18 months in prison under Article 368 of the Criminal Code for insulting the president.
