Aliaksandr Shyshko, a resident of Pružany, was detained on October 13, 2021 in the framework of a criminal case on group actions that grossly violate public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code). The man was accused of participating in the protests in August 2020.

On January 17, 2022, Judge Volk sentenced Alexander to three years of restricted freedom in an open penitentiary. Alexander was released pending appeal.
